The team and its organization At Skillup, we’re a twenty-strong Tech/Data/Product team divided into 4 features teams, organized according to the different modules (training, skills, interviews and people review) of our SaaS solution. Each features team reports to a tech lead and a dedicated product manager, and is responsible for a functional and technical area that enables us to manage projects: design, development, testing and QA, delivery and maintenance.
