Responsibilities
- Lead and support Enterprise Architecture activities to guide the development of domain solutions.
- Design holistic infrastructure solutions that align with the organization's future-state capabilities.
- Drive targeted business outcomes through the strategic implementation of ServiceNow platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural alignment across the enterprise.
- Manage the lifecycle of domain-specific technology roadmaps and infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in ServiceNow architecture and domain-level design.
- Proven track record in Enterprise Architecture (EA) within a large-scale organizational environment.
- Deep understanding of data center technologies and infrastructure solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical architectures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence strategic technology decisions.
