Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-performance features to improve user conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven credit models into the user experience.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to support a scalable lending marketplace.
- Conduct rigorous testing and experimentation to optimize the borrowing funnel.
- Partner with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering with a focus on scalable web applications.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and framework architectures.
- Experience working with AI or machine learning integrations in a production environment.
