This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role is Remote, allowing for flexible work across the region. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 105,000 CAD to 115,000 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship features focused on improving user acquisition and conversion rates.
- Optimize the onboarding flow to enhance the user experience for small business owners.
- Collaborate with product managers to implement data-driven growth experiments.
- Scale and maintain core SaaS functionality for invoicing and payment systems.
- Analyze user behavior metrics to identify bottlenecks in the growth funnel.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer working on SaaS products.
- Strong proficiency in full-stack development and modern web frameworks.
- Experience with growth engineering or product-led growth strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment across Canada.
