This is a Full-time Contract position based in Indianapolis, Marion County, though it is offered as a Remote role (EST timezone preferred). This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 126,880 USD to 128,960 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable AI/ML models to solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML capabilities into existing software products.
- Optimize machine learning algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models to ensure consistent performance in production environments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with cloud platforms and deploying models at scale.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
