Job details
This is a Remote, Contract position based out of Patchway, Bristol. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is £117,000 to £143,000 GBP per annum.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance modern applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring WebFlux
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React and JavaScript
- Design and manage data persistence layers using MongoDB
- Write comprehensive unit, system, and UI tests to ensure application stability
- Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high coding standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-profile project milestones
Requirements
- Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this position
- Proven experience in backend development with Java and Spring Boot
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including React and JavaScript
- Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB
- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming with Spring WebFlux
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
