Responsibilities
- Provide senior technical leadership and architectural guidance across the organization.
- Maintain a hands-on approach to coding and solving complex technical challenges.
- Design and implement scalable AI engineering frameworks and system architectures.
- Mentor and coach software engineers to improve code quality and technical skills.
- Collaborate with the Software Development Manager to align technical delivery with business goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software engineering with a focus on AI or complex backend systems.
- Proven track record of designing and maintaining scalable software architectures.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and AI implementation patterns.
- Ability to balance high-level architectural planning with hands-on development.
- Experience mentoring mid-to-senior level engineers in a professional environment.
