This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the country. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 120,000 CAD to 150,000 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable commission engines and back-office management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and architecture standards.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers to improve code quality and system reliability.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms and field engagement tools for high-traffic environments.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews to ensure security and performance benchmarks are met.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in software engineering with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Proven expertise in designing distributed systems and scalable enterprise architectures.
