This is a Full-time position based in Canada. The role operates in a Remote capacity and is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 119,380 CAD to 170,115 CAD per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable cloud-native applications using Azure and React.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to cross-functional engineering teams to ensure code quality.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical specifications.
- Drive the delivery of enterprise-grade software while maintaining high standards for performance and security.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle from initial concept to deployment and maintenance.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in full-stack development with a focus on React and Azure.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams in an enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable, distributed systems and cloud architecture.
- Deep understanding of modern frontend frameworks and backend integration patterns.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders.
