This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Bonnie, Utah County (USA). This role is not an Internship. The annual salary for this position is 173,974 USD.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day technical direction and architectural decisions for the engineering team.
- Set and enforce high engineering standards and best practices across the development lifecycle.
- Lead the design and implementation of a secure, event-driven digital submission platform.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead software engineering role.
- Strong expertise in building secure, scalable, event-driven architectures.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Public Trust clearance.
- Experience with federal agency software delivery and government security standards.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating between technical teams and clients.
