This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Montpelier, Washington County. This role is not an internship. The offered salary for this position is 165,584 USD.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day technical direction of the software engineering team.
- Set and enforce rigorous engineering standards and best practices.
- Lead the development of a secure, event-driven digital submission platform.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate federal requirements into technical specs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
- Strong expertise in building event-driven architectures and secure platforms.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
- Extensive experience in professional software engineering and system design.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with federal agency customers.
