This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Trenton, Mercer County. This role is not an Internship and requires the ability to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance. The salary for this position is 178,212 USD.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day technical direction of the software engineering team
- Set and enforce rigorous engineering standards and best practices
- Lead the development of a secure, event-driven digital submission platform
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews for team members
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to align technical goals
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
- Strong expertise in building scalable event-driven architectures
- Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Public Trust clearance
- Extensive experience in secure software engineering services
