This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Frankfort, Franklin County. This role is not an Internship. The salary for this position is 183,259 USD. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain a US Public Trust clearance.
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day technical direction of the software engineering team
- Establish and enforce high-quality engineering standards and best practices
- Lead the development of a secure, event-driven digital submission platform
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and code reviews for team members
- Collaborate with federal agency stakeholders to align technical goals
- Oversee the architectural integrity of the processing platform
Requirements
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or lead engineer role
- Strong expertise in building event-driven digital platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a United States Public Trust clearance
- Deep understanding of secure software engineering services
- Experience managing technical debt and implementing scalable solutions
- Excellent communication skills for remote team collaboration
