This is a Remote, Full-time contract position based in California, US. This role is not an internship. The offered salary range is 125,457 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional Decisioning solutions.
- Collaborate with various business units to intake and document decisioning requirements.
- Develop and implement decisioning logic to deliver personalized offers to customers.
- Coordinate and execute testing for all changes made to decisioning systems.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables over a two-year contract period.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical project management or business analysis.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into technical logic and specifications.
- Experience with decisioning engines or automated offer management systems.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Strong communication skills for interfacing between business stakeholders and technical teams.
