This remote, part-time contract role offers 2-3 days per week of telehealth psychiatric care supporting adults with behavioral health needs.

This is a Part-time Contract position based remotely with services directed to clients in Brookfield, Waukesha County, Wisconsin. The role is fully Remote via telehealth. Compensation is $208,000 USD annually (pro-rated for part-time hours). The ARNP will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management within structured outpatient programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management via telehealth
- Support clients in PHP and IOP programs with evidence-based treatment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary behavioral health team
- Document clinical encounters and maintain compliance with standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
Requirements
- Active ARNP license in Wisconsin with psychiatric specialty
- Prescriptive authority and DEA registration
- Experience in psychiatric medication management
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
