Job details
This is a Remote contract position based out of Indianapolis, Marion County. This role is a Full-time contract for 12 months and is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 54 per hour USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex WordPress websites and custom themes.
- Optimize website performance and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the WordPress ecosystem.
- Ensure the security and stability of web applications through regular updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Web Developer with a focus on WordPress.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience building custom WordPress plugins and theme development.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong understanding of database management and API integrations.
