Kallidus is seeking a skilled Web Developer specializing in SEO and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to join our marketing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical development and digital marketing to enhance our online presence and drive user acquisition. You will report directly to the VP of Marketing and focus on optimizing the performance of our web assets to link employee performance with business outcomes.

This is a Full-time position based in the UK, offering a fully Remote work mode. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is 42,811 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Implement technical SEO improvements to increase organic search visibility and rankings.
- Develop and execute A/B tests to optimize conversion funnels and user journeys.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to build high-performing landing pages.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify areas for technical improvement.
- Ensure all web assets are optimized for mobile responsiveness and fast loading speeds.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong focus on SEO and CRO.
- Proficiency in modern frontend technologies and content management systems.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and technical SEO best practices.
- Ability to analyze user behavior data to drive design and development decisions.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with the VP of Marketing and stakeholders.
