This is a Full-time remote position based in the US. This role is not an internship. The annual salary for this position is 32,840 USD.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress website issues using the Zoho ticketing system
- Diagnose and fix WordPress plugin conflicts and theme-related technical issues
- Manage and troubleshoot third-party API integrations including Cycle and Blueprint via Apient
- Provide regular status updates on ticket progress to the internal team
- Maintain and customize website layouts using HTML and CSS
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in WordPress and PHP development
- Working knowledge of CSS and HTML for website maintenance and customization
- Proven experience working with WooCommerce and e-commerce functionality
- Ability to diagnose complex plugin and theme conflicts
- Experience with API integrations and third-party software connectivity
