Inspired Testing is looking for a commercially driven Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive growth across the UK. This senior role focuses on owning strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying new commercial opportunities within a professional services environment.

Job details

This is a Full-time position based in the United Kingdom, primarily operating as a Remote role with occasional office visits and travel for client engagements. This is not an Internship. The base salary range is between ยฃ65,000 and ยฃ75,000 GBP, supplemented by a competitive commission structure.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts to ensure long-term retention.
  • Identify and execute commercial opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the Managing Executive and Account Director on strategic growth plans.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to align services with business goals.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Travel across the UK to support client engagements and high-level strategic meetings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar commercial client-facing role.
  • Strong ability to drive commercial growth and manage complex B2B relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity.
  • Willingness to travel within the UK as required for client site visits.
  • Strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting sales targets.
