This is a fully Remote position based out of Paris, Ile-de-France, operating on a Freelance employment type. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is commission-based, with a potential earning capacity up to 100,000 EUR depending on successful placements.
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients seeking high-level freelance talent across Europe
- Promote the 10x Team network of senior professionals to potential hiring managers
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to successful talent placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and department heads
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a high match rate between clients and experts
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, recruitment, or talent solutions
- Strong network of corporate contacts within the European market
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, commission-driven environment
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English
- Experience selling professional services to medior and senior-level roles
