Role overview

Saino Koyo Consulting is seeking a skilled AI Agent Builder to develop sophisticated automation workflows for Sales and Marketing use cases. This role focuses on creating production-grade Agentic AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise tools to drive business growth.

Job details

This is a Full-time position based in India. The role is Remote, allowing for a flexible virtual working environment. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 3,500,000 INR to 4,000,000 INR.

Responsibilities

  • Build AI-powered agents and automation workflows specifically for Sales and Marketing use cases.
  • Develop advanced Agentic AI solutions utilizing frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and AutoGen.
  • Construct robust RAG pipelines integrated with high-performance vector databases.
  • Integrate Large Language Model solutions with existing CRM systems and enterprise software tools.
  • Design production-grade AI workflows incorporating necessary observability and safety guardrails.
  • Collaborate closely with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams to align AI capabilities with business goals.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python programming for AI and automation development.
  • Proven experience building AI agents and multi-agent orchestration workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector database implementation.
  • Ability to design and deploy scalable LLM-based applications in a production environment.
  • Experience integrating AI tools with enterprise-level CRM and API ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills and a focus on creating reliable, observable AI systems.
