This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the US. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this role is 104,000 USD to 187,200 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Transform business problems into working AI solutions within hours or days.
- Utilize Claude Cowork and modern AI coding tools as primary delivery mechanisms.
- Develop rapid prototypes to validate AI concepts and business requirements.
- Collaborate within a pod structure to accelerate the execution of AI initiatives.
- Maintain high quality and performance standards while prioritizing speed of delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI solution engineering or rapid software development.
- Proficiency with modern AI coding assistants and LLM-based development tools.
- Ability to move quickly from discovery phases to working technical prototypes.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI orchestration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and delivery.
