This is a Full-time position based in Uptown, Marion County, offering a Remote work mode. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is 153,040 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI and Machine Learning solutions for Power & Utilities clients.
- Manage cross-functional teams of data scientists and engineers to deliver scalable AI products.
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders to identify business challenges and technical requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end ML lifecycle from data ingestion and model training to deployment.
- Provide strategic guidance on the adoption of emerging AI technologies within the energy sector.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML engineering projects in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Deep technical expertise in machine learning frameworks and data science methodologies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams and client relationships.
- Experience working within the Power & Utilities or energy sector is highly preferred.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
