This is a Contract position based in Hartford, CT, offered as a Remote opportunity. This role is not an Internship. The annual equivalent salary is approximately 158,093 USD.
Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing operation and modernization of AI-enabled applications for state agencies.
- Develop and extend AI functionalities to improve financial examination processes.
- Work with confidential and regulated financial data ensuring strict compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI requirements.
- Perform hands-on technical implementation and testing of AI models.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar machine learning role.
- Strong technical proficiency in implementing applied AI solutions.
- Experience handling regulated or sensitive financial data is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills for technical collaboration via Microsoft Teams.
