This is a Full-time position based in San Francisco, CA, offering a Remote work mode. This is not an Internship. The salary for this role is 175,307 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable backend services to support core product functionality.
- Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-driven workflows into the platform.
- Collaborate with a small engineering team to iterate rapidly on new features.
- Take ownership of the technical roadmap for backend infrastructure and AI integration.
- Optimize system performance to ensure reliability in a healthcare-focused environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in backend software engineering.
- Proven track record working in startup environments from Pre-seed to Series B.
- Strong expertise in building and scaling production-ready backend systems.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI implementation.
- Passion for applying technology to solve complex problems in healthcare.
