This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Franklin, Williamson County. This is not an Internship. The role offers a competitive salary of 153,778 USD.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build a scalable Agentic AI framework for healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating autonomous agents with the existing data lakehouse.
- Develop intelligent workflows to automate complex healthcare financial processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability and security of AI deployments.
- Mentor senior engineering staff and establish best practices for AI development.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying scalable AI architectures in production.
- Strong expertise in data lakehouse technologies and large-scale data processing.
- Deep understanding of agentic workflows and autonomous AI system design.
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to drive technical roadmaps in a remote environment.
