This is a Full-time, Remote position based in the UK (Sheffield, South Yorkshire). This is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is £75,000 to £85,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-native platforms for a highly regulated global industry
- Collaborate with founders to define the product vision and technical roadmap
- Build scalable software architectures that leverage cutting-edge AI capabilities
- Implement and optimize AI models to solve complex enterprise customer challenges
- Lead the transition from early-stage development to a growth-phase product
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a focus on AI and Machine Learning
- Ability to build AI-native applications rather than just adding AI features
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages and AI frameworks
- Experience working within or designing for highly regulated industries
- Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a founding engineer role
