Responsibilities
- Lead the migration of call recording and analytics from Calabrio to a modern AWS architecture
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions for managing call recordings and associated metadata
- Develop scalable full-stack applications to support contact center operational requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the recording migration
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
Requirements
- Proven experience as an AWS Full Stack Developer with a focus on Amazon Connect
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing cloud-native AWS architectures
- Experience with contact center recording systems and analytics integrations
- Proficiency in AWS core services such as Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment to meet project deadlines
