This is a Full-time position based in Dallas, TX. While the daily work mode is Remote, the candidate must be local to Texas as a face-to-face interview in Dallas is required. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this role is 139,249 USD.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop serverless applications using Node.js and AWS Lambda.
- Integrate Amazon Connect with external APIs and internal CRM systems.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services to power customer interactions.
- Perform rigorous testing and debugging of serverless functions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the contact center platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a focus on backend systems.
- Strong proficiency in AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
- Experience integrating with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms.
- Ability to work with various CRM systems and third-party APIs.
- Must be local to Texas for a mandatory face-to-face interview in Dallas.
