Role overview

HAN IT STAFFING INC is looking for a Senior Node.js Backend Developer to join their team. This role focuses on designing and developing serverless applications within an AWS-based contact center platform, specifically leveraging AWS Lambda to integrate Amazon Connect with various APIs and CRM systems.

Job details

This is a Full-time position based in Dallas, TX. While the daily work mode is Remote, the candidate must be local to Texas as a face-to-face interview in Dallas is required. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this role is 139,249 USD.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop serverless applications using Node.js and AWS Lambda.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with external APIs and internal CRM systems.
  • Build and maintain scalable backend services to power customer interactions.
  • Perform rigorous testing and debugging of serverless functions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements for the contact center platform.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Node.js Developer with a focus on backend systems.
  • Strong proficiency in AWS services, specifically AWS Lambda and serverless architecture.
  • Experience integrating with Amazon Connect or similar contact center platforms.
  • Ability to work with various CRM systems and third-party APIs.
  • Must be local to Texas for a mandatory face-to-face interview in Dallas.
