This is a Full-time position based in the UK. The role is Remote with occasional travel required. This is not an Internship. The salary for this position is £85,000 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and maintenance of the organization's application estate.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of MS Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
- Manage the software development lifecycle to ensure high-quality delivery of IT projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with organizational goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing application development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Deep technical expertise in MS Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing technical teams.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience working within a mission-driven or non-profit environment is a plus.
