In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will engineer conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with AI agents to build scalable communication tools and refine conversational design for a seamless user experience.

This is a Freelance position based in Queens, New York City. The role is Remote, allowing for flexible collaboration. This is not an Internship. The offered salary is 91,088 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Design and implement complex messaging-platform integrations for the Tendem project
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize bot workflows
- Apply conversational design judgment to improve user interaction and engagement
- Ensure high-quality bot performance through rigorous testing and iteration
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous messaging patterns
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid AI-human development environment
- Experience with conversational design and user flow mapping
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
