This is a Full-time contract position based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, offering fully Remote work mode. This role is not an internship. The salary range for this contract is £97,500 to £104,000 GBP per annum (equivalent to £375-£400 per day Inside IR35).
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack features for a complex enterprise platform.
- Collaborate with an agile team to modernise legacy systems as part of a digital transformation.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Java code following industry best practices.
- Contribute to the ongoing support and evolution of business-critical software services.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to ensure high-quality delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Java Full Stack Developer in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java and modern backend frameworks such as Spring Boot.
- Experience with frontend technologies to build responsive user interfaces.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining team alignment.
