This is a full-time, remote position based out of Belfast, Northern Ireland. This is not an internship. The salary range for this role is £63,000 - £103,000 GBP per year.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor development teams consisting of 8 to 20 software engineers.
- Design and oversee scalable technical architectures for complex software systems.
- Drive the development of high-performance microservices using Node.js and async patterns.
- Manage the integration patterns between Node.js applications and the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical roadmaps with business objectives.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading development teams of 8-20 engineers.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Node.js, including Express or Nest and performance tuning.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, and REST/Platform Events.
- Proven background as a technical architect designing enterprise-grade systems.
