Job details
This is a Remote position based out of Bracebridge, Lincoln. This is a Full-time employment opportunity and is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 GBP per year. Working hours are aligned with GMT+2 (12:00–20:00).
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for backend services
- Develop and maintain scalable APIs and application logic using Ruby on Rails
- Optimize database queries and manage relational data structures in MySQL
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improvements
- Ensure code quality through version control and peer reviews using Git
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails
- Proven track record in application and API development
- Proficiency with MySQL or other relational database management systems
- Experience using Git or similar source code control systems
- C1 proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian and B2 proficiency in English
- Knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, and RESTful web services
