This is a Full-time position based in the US. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere within the United States. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this position is 175,000 USD to 195,000 USD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers focusing on fundraising features.
- Drive the technical roadmap for the CRM and donation management systems.
- Collaborate with product managers to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high standards of software quality and maintainability.
- Manage team performance, growth, and professional development through regular 1:1s.
- Optimize development workflows to increase team velocity and deployment frequency.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead in a SaaS environment.
- Strong background in developing complex CRM or financial transaction systems.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and scale high-performing engineering teams.
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a remote-first culture.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
