This is a Full-time, Remote position based out of Chilworth Science Park, Chilworth. This is not an Internship. The offered salary range for this seniority level is £69,000 - £109,000 GBP per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality, testable, and reusable back-end code at a fast pace.
- Architect robust solutions following established OOP and design principles.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members on a daily basis.
- Maintain and optimize existing PHP applications to ensure scalability.
- Perform code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience as a Senior PHP Developer.
- Strong expertise in the LAMP stack and back-end development.
- Deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Proven ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
