In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with Tendem Agents to implement bot engineering expertise and conversational design to enhance user interactions.

This is a Freelance position based in Dallas, Texas, operating in a Remote capacity. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this role is 83,025 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Integrate messaging platform capabilities into the Tendem hybrid AI environment
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows
- Apply conversational design principles to improve bot user experience
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot interactions
- Maintain and update bot logic to ensure high reliability and performance
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong proficiency in bot engineering and API integration techniques
- Ability to design intuitive conversational flows and user journeys
- Experience working with hybrid AI-human systems or LLM integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity
