Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord APIs.
- Design intuitive conversational flows to improve user engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with Tendem Agents to integrate AI automation into human workflows.
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot responses and logic.
- Maintain and optimize messaging platform integrations for scalability.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp Business, Telegram, or Discord.
- Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous messaging patterns.
- Ability to apply conversational design judgment to create natural AI interactions.
- Experience working within hybrid AI-human environments or AI-driven projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in bot engineering.
