This is a Freelance position based in San Antonio, Bexar County, operating in a Remote capacity. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this position is 78,584 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots using WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord APIs
- Integrate messaging platforms into the Tendem hybrid AI-human ecosystem
- Apply conversational design judgment to improve user interaction flows
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate and optimize repetitive tasks
- Ensure high-quality bot engineering and performance monitoring
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots for WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord
- Strong understanding of API integration and asynchronous messaging
- Ability to design intuitive conversational user experiences
- Experience working with AI-driven environments or LLM integrations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to technical detail
