This is a Freelance position based in North Carolina, US, operating as a Remote role. This is not an Internship. The annual compensation for this role is 92,415 USD.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging platform APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize bot workflows.
- Apply conversational design judgment to improve user interaction and engagement.
- Ensure high-quality bot performance through rigorous testing and iterative refinement.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots using WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, or Discord API.
- Strong understanding of conversational AI design and user experience principles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, freelance capacity.
- Technical proficiency in backend languages suitable for bot development.
- Experience working with hybrid AI systems or LLM-based integrations.
