Role overview
Mindrift is seeking a skilled Freelance Bot Developer to join the Tendem project. In this role, referred to as an AI Pilot, you will design and implement conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks while providing high-level bot engineering expertise and conversational design judgment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human ecosystem.
- Collaborate with AI agents to optimize workflow and automate repetitive tasks.
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot quality.
- Perform quality control and iterative testing on bot responses and logic flows.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Strong background in bot engineering and conversational interface design.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity within a remote setup.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs with AI-driven backend systems.
