This is a Freelance position based in Edinburgh, Scotland, operating in a Remote capacity. This role is not an Internship. The offered salary for this engagement is 98,140 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot quality.
- Perform iterative testing and quality control on bot responses and logic.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing bots using WhatsApp Business, Telegram, and Discord APIs.
- Strong understanding of conversational design and user experience for chat interfaces.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance capacity within a remote team.
- Technical proficiency in backend languages suitable for bot development.
- Experience working with AI-driven tools or hybrid human-AI systems.
