In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will build sophisticated conversational bots and messaging platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will combine bot engineering expertise with conversational design to enhance the efficiency of Tendem Agents.

This is a Freelance position based in the UK. The role is Remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to the Tendem ecosystem. This is not an Internship. The offered salary for this engagement is 98,515 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Collaborate with AI Agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
- Apply conversational design principles to improve user interaction and bot quality.
- Engineer scalable bot architectures to handle increasing user volumes.
Requirements
- Proven experience working with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Strong background in bot engineering and conversational AI design.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs into complex AI ecosystems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to conversational quality.
