In this role, acting as an AI Pilot, you will design and implement conversational bots and messaging-platform integrations within a hybrid AI-human environment. You will leverage your bot engineering expertise to enhance automated interactions and ensure high-quality conversational design.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain conversational bots for WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms.
- Integrate messaging APIs into the Tendem hybrid AI-human environment.
- Collaborate with AI agents to automate repetitive tasks and optimize workflows.
- Apply conversational design judgment to improve user interaction and bot quality.
- Perform iterative testing and quality control on bot deployments.
Requirements
- Proven experience with WhatsApp Business API, Telegram Bot API, and Discord API.
- Strong background in bot engineering and conversational AI design.
- Ability to work independently in a freelance, remote capacity.
- Experience integrating third-party APIs into complex software environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in user experience.
