Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join the Veterans Affairs (VA) department. In this role, you will be responsible for building, supporting, and migrating a cloud-based Web Dashboard application specifically designed to process healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions.

This is a Full-time position based in Memphis, DeSoto County, offered as a Remote work arrangement. This is not an internship. The salary range for this position is 116,975 USD.
Responsibilities
- Build and support a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and implement scalable frontend components using Angular
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Migrate existing application features to modern cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with the VA department to ensure technical requirements are met
- Maintain high code quality through regular reviews and testing
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with Angular and Node.js
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working with cloud-based application architectures
- Knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) standards is a plus
- Strong understanding of RESTful API design and implementation
- Experience in the healthcare technology sector
