Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer to join their team supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. In this role, you will build, support, and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application specifically designed to process healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions. This is a critical position ensuring the efficiency of healthcare data systems.

This is a full-time, Remote position based out of Plum Springs, Warren County. This role is not an internship and requires a Public Trust security clearance. The annual salary range for this position is 116,975 USD.
Responsibilities
- Build and support a cloud-based Web Dashboard application for healthcare EDI transactions
- Design and implement scalable frontend components using Angular
- Develop robust backend services and APIs using Node.js
- Migrate legacy application features to modern cloud infrastructure
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve healthcare data processing workflows
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with Angular and Node.js
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- Experience working with cloud-based application deployment and migration
- Strong understanding of software design patterns and web architecture
- Experience with healthcare data or EDI transactions is highly preferred
