Role overview
InnoCraft is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the Innovation Team. In this role, you will build and deliver next-generation privacy-first analytics capabilities, ranging from rapid prototypes and AI-powered insights to scalable product innovations integrated into the Matomo core platform. You will work in a small, autonomous team alongside the CTO and senior engineers to transform high-impact concepts into production-ready solutions.

This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in London, UK. This is not an internship. The salary for this position is 81,847 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver privacy-first analytics capabilities from concept to production.
- Create rapid prototypes and AI-powered insights to drive product innovation.
- Implement scalable features embedded directly into the Matomo core platform.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and senior engineers to refine technical strategies.
- Own end-to-end development cycles within a small, autonomous innovation team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer working on complex web applications.
- Strong ability to build scalable, production-ready software from early-stage prototypes.
- Experience with AI-powered features or data-driven insights is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.
