Role overview
InnoCraft is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join the Innovation Team. In this role, you will build and deliver next-generation privacy-first analytics capabilities, transforming rapid prototypes and AI-powered insights into scalable product innovations for the Matomo core platform. You will work within a small, autonomous team, collaborating directly with the CTO and senior engineers to turn high-impact concepts into production-ready solutions.

This is a Full-time position based in the UK, offering 100% Remote work. This is not an Internship. The salary for this position is 102,082 GBP.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver privacy-first analytics capabilities from prototype to production.
- Implement AI-powered insights and scalable innovations within the Matomo core platform.
- Own end-to-end development cycles within a small, autonomous innovation team.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO and senior engineering staff to refine product concepts.
- Ensure all new features are scalable, secure, and maintainable for enterprise users.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with a track record of delivering scalable software.
- Strong proficiency in modern backend and frontend technologies.
- Experience with AI integration or data-driven product development.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of privacy-first architecture and open-source principles.
