This is a Full-time Contract position based in Gaithersburg, MD, operating as a Remote role. This position is not an Internship. The salary range for this role is 139,588 USD per year.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows, routing profiles, and queues for voice and chat.
- Integrate Lex V2 bots into contact flows to improve call deflection and self-service processes.
- Configure Contact Lens for real-time and post-contact analytics to optimize customer experience.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design scalable escalation processes within the CCaaS environment.
- Ensure the stability and performance of AI-driven communication tools and integrations.
Requirements
- Proven experience developing applications within the Amazon Connect ecosystem.
- Hands-on expertise with Amazon Lex V2 for bot creation and deployment.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS architecture and contact center routing logic.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Experience with real-time analytics tools such as Amazon Contact Lens.
