This is a Full-time leadership role based in Australia, offering a Remote work mode for candidates residing in Australia or New Zealand. This is not an Internship. The salary range for this position is 220,376 AUD to 263,967 AUD.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor large-scale backend engineering teams to deliver high-performance automation services.
- Define the technical roadmap and architectural vision for the Automation Platform.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of platform services across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with product management teams to align technical delivery with business goals.
- Drive operational excellence and establish best practices for platform stability and monitoring.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in senior engineering leadership roles managing large backend teams.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying secure, scalable automation platforms.
- Deep expertise in backend development and distributed systems architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
